We act as a booking platform, travel facilitator, reseller, intermediary, or service arranger for travel-related products and services supplied by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, transfer providers, insurance providers, and other travel partners. The actual travel service is delivered subject to the terms, conditions, rules, restrictions, and operational policies of the relevant supplier.
Every booking is subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, including but not limited to fare rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, no-show rules, baggage rules, check-in requirements, hotel policies, transfer conditions, age requirements, identity requirements, and any applicable service restrictions. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by those supplier rules in addition to our platform terms.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all names, travel dates, contact details, passport details, visa status, identity documents, and other booking information are correct at the time of booking. Errors in customer-provided information may result in amendment charges, cancellation charges, denial of boarding, denial of check-in, denial of service, or loss of refund eligibility.
All pricing, fares, room rates, taxes, fees, surcharges, availability, and confirmations are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed or otherwise finalized. In some cases, a booking request may be subject to manual verification, supplier confirmation, or additional payment before final confirmation is issued.
Cancellation, amendment, rebooking, refund, credit, and no-show outcomes are governed by the supplier’s rules, the fare or rate selected, the timing of the request, the booking status, and the terms shown during checkout or in the booking confirmation. A cancellation request does not automatically create a right to refund. Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly permitted under the applicable booking conditions or required by law.
Our service fees, convenience fees, handling charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion differences, and similar platform-related charges are generally non-refundable unless we expressly state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.
No-show bookings, missed flights, missed pickups, missed tours, late arrivals, early checkouts, partially used services, or unused booking segments may be fully non-refundable depending on supplier policy. Customers should report live service issues immediately where possible.
If a customer experiences a hotel issue, room mismatch, check-in problem, overbooking, taxi issue, transfer issue, pickup failure, or any other live service issue, the issue should be reported immediately or as soon as reasonably possible while the service is active. Delayed reporting may reduce our ability to verify the issue and may affect the options available.
If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute for a booking while the same issue is under active review by us or the supplier, processing of the request may be paused, restricted, or contested based on the available booking, payment, and usage evidence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, service failures, schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, supplier insolvency, operational disruptions, weather disruptions, force majeure events, government actions, border restrictions, visa issues, or other matters arising from third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where it exists, shall be limited to the amount actually received by us for the specific booking component in dispute, excluding indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, labor shortages, epidemics, pandemics, airport closures, transport shutdowns, government actions, supplier shutdowns, or technical failures outside our direct control. In such cases, any relief available will depend on supplier policy, applicable law, and the actual remedy made available to us.
We may update these terms and related policies from time to time to reflect supplier changes, legal requirements, business practices, or operational needs. The latest version published on our website will apply to future use of the platform, and in some cases may also apply to ongoing service handling where permitted by law.
